OMBRA Cucina Italiana offers classical regional Italian cuisine with an innovative style by award winning Chef Michael Cirafesi. Chef Michael uses only the freshest and finest ingredients available from Italy including many organic ingredients. Chef Michael only uses all natural Springer Mountain chicken and our beef is exclusively from Meat by Linz. OMBRA uses only the freshest fish from all over the world and offers a variety of imported meats, cheeses, and exotic mushrooms daily that you cannot find anywhere else. The Ravioli di Giorno is  homemade daily and the restaurant is  also able to substitute any of the pasta dishes with gluten free pasta upon request to accommodate any customers with allergies. OMBRA also offers vegan options upon request.

The restaurant boasts an energetic bar and lounge offering an array of Italian specialty cocktails and premier wines. Chef Michael can also prepare a degustation menu with hand selected wine pairings upon request for the food connoisseur who may be looking for something more exotic. Antique brick and reclaimed barn wood timbers give the restaurant a Tuscan farmhouse feel.
